The MINE application

The MINE application, which computes MIC as well as other statistics from the MINE family (e.g., TIC), can be downloaded in the following forms:

MINEv2.jar v2.0.1: Java executable jar file. New version as of 3/22/2018.
minepy (independently maintained): an ANSI C library for the MINE suite with APIs in python and Matlab.
minerva (independently maintained): an R wrapper for minepy.
